Every year around the start of NBA season Sports Illustrated or Bleacher Report will release their top 100 NBA players list. More often than not the list will have some very questionable rankings, which of course gets people to talk about the list. With that said, I've decided to conjure up my personal list of the best 50 NBA players heading into the 2019 season...
